PROGRAMME OUTLINE

This workshop equips participants with strategies to lead and sustain transformative change in schools. The "Change Leadership: Driving Transformation in Education" workshop aligns with these UNSDGs:

•  SDG 4: Quality Education - Promoting transformative change in education to enhance learning outcomes.

TRAINER PROFILE

Mr. Atraju s/o Kanan Ramdas brings over two decades of diverse experience within Singapore’s Ministry of Education, having held key leadership roles that significantly shaped educational strategies and administrative efficiencies. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Computational Finance and subsequently earned a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education.
