PROGRAMME OUTLINE

This course will provide an introduction to strategic planning for educational institutions. It will focus on the key principles and processes underpinning effective strategic planning. Participants will learn how to craft mission statements, develop strategic plans and incorporate strategic planning into school processes and culture. This course will provide educators with the knowledge and skills needed for effective strategic planning. This will contribute to greater organisational cohesiveness in schools and better learning outcomes for student.
